About Us
Refugee.Info was created in 2022 in Hungary to provide accurate and clear information on rights, conditions, legal procedures, and available services to people fleeing from Ukraine and empower them to cope with their crisis and make informed decisions.
Who is doing this work?
Migration Aid, the Hungarian non-profit organization dedicated to helping refugees, along with the International Rescue Committee, built this website, a Facebook Page, and a Telegram channel to enable people in need to communicate directly with the team.
The team is built with 80% members from Ukraine. Our team works enthusiastically with local partners, UN agencies, NGOs, governments, refugees, and asylum-seekers to ensure that the information we provide online and offline is accurate, timely, and is written in a language that everybody can understand.
